Fit For 2 developed by a Registered Midwife and Personal Trainer understands the importance of a safe nutritional plan and exercise regime after the baby is born. The goal of the Nutritional and Exercise Plan is for mothers wanting to loose their pregnancy weight after the baby is born, whilst most of all maintaining optimal health and nutrition.

Fit For 2 does not believe in health programs that speeds up your metabolism, introduces side effects, decreases sleep etc.  Our aim is to help you reach your weight loss goal safely whether your are breastfeeding or bottle feeding and teach you how to remain on a successful Nutritional and Exercise Plan for the rest of your life.  It is important to note that these Nutritional Plans are not a diet.

Fit For 2 will also provide you with weight loss tips, exercises, recipes and much much more.

Most of all is that you can stay in the program for as long as you like.
