Join me for UNLIMITED classes for 7 days for $7 and I’ll show you my fitness & educational program which will help guide you throughout your current journey. I’ll help you to overcome any roadblocks that are holding you back, and listen to what you’ve been struggling with so I can help you!


A safe fitness program that focuses on Resistance Training, Pilates and Your Pelvic Floor!

Plenty Valley YMCA: Westfield Shopping Centre, above the Pancake Parlour, South Morang

Orchard Rd Community Centre: 121 Orchard Rd, Doreen

Riverside Community Centre: 8 Doreen Rogen Way, South Morang

Epping Community Centre:

378 Findon Rd, Epping (3min drive from Westfield Plenty Valley)

POST BIRTH/MUMS FITNESS CLASSES:

Are available at all of the venues after your 6 week check with your caregiver. We also recommend seeing a Women’s Health Physio to have your pelvic floor and abdominal separation assessed. Anita can discuss this further with you.

CLASS BOOKINGS

Fit For 2 classes at all venues for face to face are booked on a regular weekly basis to ensure that you are gaining the additional benefits for your pregnancy, labour and birth preparation and recovery period. We highly recommend you attend 2 classes a week MINIMUM if possible to gain the additional benefits for your Pregnancy and Mumma journey.


As we are now running a hybrid model or live zoom and face to face classes, you can now experience both. And if you don’t live near our face to face classes you can join us live and still receive all the amazing benefits of the program.


If you have any pelvic floor or abdominal separation issues post pregnancy, we advise you to see a Women’s Health Physio to ensure you know how to activate your pelvic floor correctly.

Fit For 2 understands that at times circumstances arise when you are pregnant or have a little one.

CANCELLATION

All missed classes can be made up at a make up class so fees don’t go unused.


Please contact Anita via mobile 0408 393 368 either via phone or sms to cancel a class and to book a make up class or you can attend a zoom class.


When you sign up to Fit For 2 you will be booked into the Pregnancy/Conception or Mumma program until you deliver or until you cancel the program.


You can cancel your program at anytime if circumstances arise, we just require 7 days notice in writing.


To book into a program either Pregnancy/Conception or Mumma, please register for a trial week above for your chosen journey.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Fit For 2 is highly dedicated to providing each of their clients an exceptional personal experience and customer support and loyalty. Our aim is to provide you with an exercise program that is safe and has meaning to your purpose.


Fit For 2 understands that their clients always have questions to ask. Questions can be easily answered via the FAQ (facts and questions), sending an email or by a phone call. We are happy to answer any questions that are related to pregnancy and exercise.


Fit For 2 keeps a profile of each client which includes a comprehensive summary of their current pregnancy and previous pregnancies and complications. This profile is carried out through to the post birth period as well. Clients are welcomed to stay with Fit For 2 as long as they like.


Fit For 2 has an exclusive Community Support Facebook Group packed full of education, value and support, and a private Membership group

MEMBERSHIPS

At Fit For 2 we have a choice of Membership plans available. These plans include your classes and our online education programs.


And we even have an ANYTIME ACCESS with our VIMEO recording library with over 580 specialised classes designed for you to do in the comfort of your own home.


Your membership will be set up via a direct debit payment system where you can elect to pay weekly or fortnightly.


To cancel your membership we require 7 days notice in writing.

If you are away your membership will be reduced to an away week.
